- The Train & Trolley Fest is a family-friendly event at Powerland Heritage Park where you can enjoy unlimited rides on trolleys, small-scale trains, and railbikes, take part in fun activities, explore historical displays, eat food while watching trains, and indulge in delicious food from local vendors.
- The event will take place at Powerland Heritage Park from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
- Tickets are $10 for adults (13 and over) and $5 for children (12 and under).
- You can purchase tickets online at Ticketspice here. You can also purchase them at the event.
- Your ticket includes unlimited trolley rides, Willow Creek Railroad rides (weather permitting), pedal rail bikes, access to displays (including early railroad Blacksmiths at work), a kids’ activity area, panel discussions, demonstrations, model railroad tours, trolley barn tours, and Willow Creek Railroad tours.
- We’re thrilled that the following organizations will be represented at the First Annual Train & Trolley Fest: Santiam Excursions, Yaquina Pacific Railroad Historical Society, Washington Park and Zoo Railway – Rose Garden Loop Restoration, Pacific Railroad Preservation Association, Oregon Rail Heritage Center, Tennessee Thunder Stand and Railroad, Operation Lifesaver, Albany and Eastern Railroad, and RFC!
- Parking is FREE!
- Local vendors, including Pasta Boss, Rachel’s Lemonade, and the Country Store, will sell food and drinks. We are also working on getting a coffee vendor.
- Please see the attached Pasta Boss menu for their yummy offerings. You can also purchase food and snacks (including ice cream) at the Country Store. And don’t miss a glass of delicious Rachel’s Lemonade made fresh for you as you watch!
- Well-behaved dogs on a short, fixed leash (six feet or less) are welcome. Please remember that dogs may not be able to ride on the train, trolley, or railbikes. However, they are welcome to join the event as part of the family!
- Absolutely! Feel free to bring a lunch and enjoy our picnic tables. Whether you buy food at the event or bring your own, we have prime spots to eat and watch the trains!
- No, it’s not. If someone comments that they are selling their tickets or vendor space, it’s a scam. Our vendor spaces are full, and you can only purchase tickets through our official Ticketspice link – or at the event.
- The event will take place rain or shine! The event provides a covered double-decker trolley and plenty of indoor museums/venues. However, Willow Creek Railroad will have to stop operations temporarily during rain.
- While Ticketspice has a spot for coupon codes, we do not offer any as we purposely kept the price low for the first year of this event ($10 13 & up and $5 12 & under).
- It is! It’s a great time to start a new and fun tradition!
I have another question. Where do I ask it?
