Annual Meeting Luncheon Order RSVP

Welcome to the RSVP page for our annual meeting where you choose your meals, enter your volunteer hours, renew your membership, and if you would like to donate. For each item selected, you may change the quantities entered in the Shopping Cart below or to the right. Payments are made via PayPal.

• Please select the main course meal you would like below. All meals are $25/each. All meals include soft drinks, salad, and ice cream
• Enter your volunteer hours (enter actual hours in the shopping cart, no charge)
• Consider membership renewal, select what membership level you would like
• Enter donation (enter actual donation in increments of $1)

If you would rather mail in your RSVP, please print out this form and mail it in.
